THE HEART OF THE LEADERS. 1. The first basic teaching and practice of the Buddha is the Four Holy Truths, this is the teaching of the Buddha turning the Dharma wheel in the world. But before saying the Four Noble Truths, the Buddha called on the five Kieu-Tran brothers to give up two extremes: asceticism, forced body, and indulgence in sensual pleasures. If you live with these two extremes, you cannot go to the noble life, the life of a saint. After calling for the abandonment of the two extremes, the Buddha pointed out the middle way, unbiased, standing firmly in the middle is also the Noble Eightfold Path. And told the five Kieu-tran-like brothers to call themselves Tathagata, the Buddha preached the Dharma as a Tathagata, not as a recluse Gotama. The three times of turning the Dharma wheel that the Buddha said at that time were market turning (introduction, specifying the problem), witness turning (this Dharma I have practiced, experience and benefit) and promotion (you should practice and can achieve like me). Through this, we can apply it in our preaching process as well as our study. Wherever the Buddha went, he started his teaching by introducing the problem, then said that this problem I have practiced, benefited and advised everyone to follow, doing so is very effective. Therefore, Buddhism does not impose anything on others, just shows what we already have, this is beneficial we should do, this is not beneficial, this brings suffering to us. we shouldn't do. In the Four Noble Truths, Buddha said the effect first, the cause later. Because the cause is so deep, it is hidden within sentient beings that cannot be seen. The fruit is suffering, suffering is the real thing of the world that only the sages can see clearly, sentient beings are immersed in many sufferings, The eight basic stanzas are everywhere, so it's easy to see when mentioned. The set is the cause of suffering, it is greed, hatred, delusion, pride, doubt, wrong view, bias, view, and precepts forbidden. Cultivators are separated from sex, living compassionately, learning the Buddha to destroy the causes of suffering, sow the causes of peace and liberation. 2. Six ingredients of the monastic The first material: "Future renunciation fake, develop super-facilitation" the step of the monastic is to step to the transcendental heaven, the vast heaven. However, in the Buddhist scriptures, there are 4 classes of monastics to see how we are monastic? The first class of people, who left home, also left home. People like this have good roots and are predestined to be ordained as monks, that good root is the mind towards liberation, the mind that saves sentient beings. Second class, monastic mind has not yet left home, these people still have many worldly entanglements but cannot live the monastic life even though their minds are far away from sexual infections. In the third class, the body is ordained but the mind is not. These people, even though they are at the temple, have the appearance of a monk, but do not practice liberation. Fourth, the mind is not ordained and the body is not ordained, these people know the Three Jewels, there are people in the temple who benefit and protect the Three Jewels, and there are also people who create scandalous karma for Buddhism. Certainly the case of leaving home both body and mind is the most important, because only these people can go to the high and wide world, to reach the place of transcendence. The second material: "heavy shape mind". The mind and form are all different from the world's, escaping from the mind-form filled with afflictions, greed, and lust. To become a monk is to become a person who lives for his own benefit, for the benefit of others, he can also forget himself for everyone. no longer selfish mind that forgets himself for sentient beings. The attitude of the cultivator is different from the world in walking, standing, lying down, gestures, speaking, eating, wearing etc. must know how to react to the air, maintain the dignity and politeness. The roots keep the purity and do not spread the infection according to the conditions, think about what is good for someone, so the anger will subside, knowing the bad of others to reflect on oneself and prevent it. Sometimes I'm just there, people immediately recognize me as a monastic, sometimes I say I'm a monastic but no one believes it. A bhikkhu is a bhikkhu who humbles himself and goes to beg for food. Begging for food without opening his mouth, but begging for alms to feed himself and his life, is also to work in a field of merit for the masses, so he makes offerings according to his heart. When a bhikkhu goes for alms, he knows how to be humble. When he lives in humility, he is afraid of ghosts. Always keep renunciation, The concept of minimal desire for contentment in the practice of begging for alms. Now the monks cannot beg for alms, because this alms-giving practice is used too much by people, creating many negative images for Buddhism. A bhikkhu practices purity of the precepts of doubt, purity of emancipation of the law of doubt, purity of the discussion of the law of doubt, purity of recollection of the law of doubt, so he is different from other people. The third material: "Thieu dragon holy race". When ordained as a monk, he becomes an official member of the Sangha, becomes a person of a hundred families, of four species of beings. The monastic must continue the holy line, following the two saints, compassion and wisdom. Compassion is being able to change the karma and resentment between oneself and the six paths of sentient beings, eating the flesh of living beings will hurt their compassion, leading to internal hatred for sentient beings. The Buddha fed the three pure flesh, but now we have to eat the three pure flesh, when the conditions are quite adequate, there is no shortage of anything. If you eat, you will commit a crime. The World Honored One is present in life for four reasons: mending what has been broken, rebuilding what has been crooked, turning on a light for everyone to see and showing people the way. He talked about how it is beneficial to let go of greed, hatred, delusion, and pride, because the world is so distorted by greed, hatred, and suffering. Beings walking in the long night of birth and death can't see the way out, need someone to turn on the light to show and need someone to show the way. The same goes for Buddhist disciples, joining the noble lineage we must contemplate the Buddha's teachings, contemplate the Buddha's conduct and help benefit the world. We have to be close to the masses, introduce beautiful images of monastics to the masses. sowing good seeds for the masses towards the Three Jewels. When sentient beings have Buddha seeds, sooner or later they will become Buddhas.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL ZEN BUDDHIST MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.21/3/2023.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
